Recommendations
Hi everyone! We are so excited to have you come celebrate with us. It means so much to us that you would come all this way to be a part of our big day. I wanted to point out a few reminders for those who are not familiar with the area: 1. We do recommend that everyone stays ONSITE at the Grand Targhee lodging we have room blocks for. This is to limit anyone driving down the steep mountain roads late at night or after any beverages are consumed. Also - if everyone stays onsite, we will take up most of the mountain lodging so everyone you see will be part of the party - how fun! If you have any questions or concerns around the lodging please do not hesitate to reach out. 2. Be conscious that we are at a HIGH altitude at Grand Targhee Resort. It sits at 7,400ft, which is a lot higher than many places you are traveling from. Due to this we recommend drinking tons of water and not drinking too much your first night there - nothing worse than a hangover for when all the fun begins! 3. Mountain weather is our favorite, but it is always changing so pack accordingly. We recommend checking the weather before you come, but it is a good idea to pack for both hot and cold weather - layers are your friend! It could be sunny and hot during the day and cold and rainy at night - be prepared for anything! 4. The wedding takes place on the lawn and the walk to the tent is gravel so wear appropriate shoes :)

This option would be a farther drive (just over 4 hours) but is more cost effective. As you plan your travel, if you would like to be connected with others traveling to the same airport (to coordinate rental cars or shuttle rides) please let us know and we can connect you!!

BOOKING PROCEDURE To book, individuals are to email reservations@grandtarghee.com or call Grand Targhee Resort Central Reservations at 800.827.4433 option 1 and refer to the “HUSTON - BLOSS WEDDING”. You can also book online by clicking the "view" button below. LODGING STYLES There are multiple room types available within our wedding block. Here are the descriptions of each so you can decide which works best for you prior to calling. More details can also be found on their website. Both lodges have access to the amenities including a pool, hottub, and fitness cabin. Sioux Studio Suites - One queen size bed and one set of twin bunk beds. All of these rooms are located on the 2nd or 3rd floor of the lodge with no elevator. One bathroom and small kitchenette. Sioux Loft Suites - One queen size bed upstairs within the room. One set of twin bunk beds and small dining/living space with a queen pullout sofa. One bathroom and small kitchenette. These are located on the 4th floor of the lodge without an elevator. Sioux Two Bedroom Suites - One queen size bed on main level with a 1/2 bath on that same level. One bedroom with a queen bed downstairs. One bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds downstairs. One full bathroom downstairs. Kitchenette on main level. These are all located on the main level of the lodge building. Teewinot Lodge - These are the more standard "hotel" rooms, most with two queen beds and some with a king bed. There is no kitchenette and some are located on the main floor of the lodge and some on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Campground - There is camping available if you are feeling more adventurous (both tent and RV allowed).
