DoubleTree by Hilton Denver Cherry Creek

All guest staying at the hotel have transportation to and from the wedding via shuttles we are providing. Please see the shuttle section for more information. There is free parking at the venue if you would like to drive yourself there and back. There is a room block in our name and you must book through the link provided to receive the discounted rate and be placed in the block. They are waiving the daily parking fee and you will get free cancelation up to 48 hrs before. They have a really nice outdoor pool as well as a restaurant and bar. We will be having the after party in the lobby bar there as well Saturday night. Please make sure you tell them you're with the Camillo wedding when you check in. You must book before July 17th to be guaranteed in the room block. ** if for any reason you go to book and they do not have the bed type you need, (king or double queen), please text us and let us know and we can have more added into the block. We won't know that it's full unless you let us know** There is a Target/Dunkin' Donuts/ Starbucks/Chick Fil'a/across the street and other restaurants like Jax Fish house within a walking distance if you do not have a car and need something.

Shuttle

Shuttles from the Hotel to the Wedding.

*** after getting our final numbers we have space and have opened up the shuttles to the wedding for any local guests that would like to Uber to the hotel and take the shuttle. Please just let us know and we will add you to the list! *** There will be 2 shuttles from the hotel block to the wedding for all guest staying at the hotel and local guests that would like to take the shuttles. Please plan on being ready and waiting in the lobby for the buses at 3:30 pm. The shuttles will leave PROMPTLY when they are full but no later than 3:45 pm in order to make it the wedding on time. There will be no shuttles after this time. We appreciate your promptness. It will take approximately 45 min to get to the wedding from the hotel block. If you're local or staying at the hotel and want to drive to the venue yourself, there is a free parking lot there. We ask that you plan to arrive between 4:30-4:40 pm, but not earlier.

Shuttle From Wedding to Double Tree Hilton Cheery Creek Hotel

There will be 3 shuttles on the way back from the wedding. Everyone that isn't driving themselves to the wedding is welcome to utilize the shuttles back to the Double Tree in Cherry Creek. The after party will continue in the lobby there with the hotel bar staying open for us until 1. There will be pizza delivered as well. Everyone is welcome to stop by the Double Tree even if they are not staying there, and can Uber/Lyft home from there. If you are not taking the shuttles: We recommend prearranging a scheduled ride-share pickup time of 11 pm if you did not drive and are not taking the shuttle back to the hotel. We will have the DJ make an announcement to prebook a ride but have been told by staff at the venue the best way to get an uber is a pre-arranged ride vs in the moment and they are very reliable if done in advance.

Transportation to the Welcome party Friday Night

South Broadway Country Club 2265 SOUTH BROADWAY, DENVER, CO There are no shuttles for the welcome party. It is about 15-20 min from the hotel to the South Broadway Country Club venue. We recommend using an Uber/Lyft to get to and from the hotel to the Welcome Party. RideShares are very reliable in the denver metro area and there shouldn't be any issues getting one from either site. If you would like to drive to the welcome party there are a few spots behind the venue in the ally. There are also plenty of free street parking spots on the side street and the block behind the venue. ***Please note there are 2 locations in denver for the South Broadway Country Club. Our party is being held at the one actually on South Broadway St. NOT Tennyson st. ***

Flight

Denver International Airport

DIA is the closest option to the venue. Uber/Lyft are easy to get at the airport but can be expensive depending on the time of day. If you do choose that route you will stay on baggage claim, level 5, and go out the west or east doors and go to the 5th island to get picked up by ride shares. The WEST side has EVEN numbered doors and the EAST side has ODD numbered doors. If you plan to do traveling outside of the wedding and want to explore our wonderful State, there are many options to book a rental car through the airport. We personally go through Costco.com to rent a car when we fly. We like to use Google flights to search for the best deals for our flights.

Train

RTD A - line

We recommend if you're staying in our hotel block in cheery creek and the Uber/Lyft are surging to utilize the train to get closer into town and then take an Uber/Lyft from the 40th and Colorado station (5 stops). We only suggest this during the day and not late at night. We have taken this ourselves and it is efficient. It is $10.50 pp each way and it will take you to 40th and Colorado station or all the way downtown to Union Station if you are staying downtown. It comes every 15-30 min at the airport depending on the time of day, and you follow the signs to the train from baggage claim. Download the RTD app on your phone to buy tickets and see the current train status. You will take the A train at the "Denver Airport Station" and ride for 26 minutes (5 stops) to "40th and Colorado station". From there it will be a 13-15 min Uber ride to the hotel.
