Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see accommodations and travel page for more information on hotels. We HIGHLY recommend staying at the venue at the Harborside Hotel or at the West Street Hotel across the street. If you choose to stay elsewhere, we encourage you to look for hotels or Airbnb's that are walking distance and in the center of town as ubers do not exist in Bar Harbor. If you need other recommendations please don't hesitate to reach out to us!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our welcome event will be cocktail attire. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be formal attire. Please feel free to change for the after party if you wish but don't forget to keep your dancing shoes on!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones but we want our wedding to be your night off to celebrate with us, so adults only please!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on the save the date and invitation.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will not be transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony. Everything in Bar Harbor is walking distance and we highly recommend staying on site to be close to the action!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Please see the schedule page for more information. We will be having a welcome event on Friday as well as an after party after the reception on Saturday. We will be up in Bar Harbor a few days before and after the wedding so if you are planning on coming into town early or staying later please feel free to reach out to us to meet up!
