The trolley will shuttle wedding guests from The Fairfield Inn & Suites and the Common Man Inn to the ceremony/reception site. The trolley will make 2 trips before the ceremony at 3:30pm and 4pm. After the reception, the trolley will return guests to the Common Man Inn and Fairfield Inn.

We recommend booking your stay at this hotel, as it is owned and run by the same company hosting the ceremony and reception. This hotel is only 3 miles down the road from the ceremony/reception site. After the reception, an after-party will be held at Foster's Boiler Room - located within this hotel. The trolley will transport guests to and from this hotel and the ceremony/reception. Pet friendly rooms are available - inquire within. In order to reserve a room at discounted rates within our room block, please book your stay by contacting the hotel directly over the phone. Don’t forget to mention you are a guest of the Shaffer/Hall wedding! Unreserved rooms within our room block will be lifted on May 1st, so be sure to reserve yours before then!

Another great option to book your stay. This hotel is just down the road from The Common Man Inn. The trolley will transport guests to and from this hotel and the ceremony/reception site. Pet-friendly rooms are available. Due to a strict check-in time of 4pm, a 2-night stay minimum is highly recommended (6/30-7/2) to ensure you do not miss the ceremony that starts promptly at 4:30pm.
