Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation includes “and guest,” then yes by all means bring a date! When you RSVP on our website, you will only be able to RVSP for yourself and anyone else included in the invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love all of your little ones. However, we respectfully ask that the ceremony and reception remain an adults-only event. Children are more than welcome at the welcome party and brunch.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have registered for gifts from a variety of stores, all of which are incorporated and linked directly into our Registry page on this website. Once you select a gift on our registry page, you will be directed to the company’s website in order to make any purchases.

Is there transportation between the hotels and the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! With the help of our venue, an antique trolley will be available to shuttle wedding guests to the ceremony/reception site and back to the Common Man Inn and the Fairfield Inn.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm in the greenhouse. We recommend planning to arrive around 4:00-4:15 pm in case there is traffic in the area or the trolley fills up and needs to take multiple trips.

How does this online RSVP thing work?

Answer

Simpler than you may think - just follow the prompts on the RSVP page. Be sure to respond to all prompts and click the submit button at the end!

When do I need to reserve my room?

Answer

The room block for the Common Man Inn will be lifted on May 1st. The room block for the Fairfield Inn will be lifted on May 20th. In order to be included within those room blocks, please make your reservations before those dates.

Why should I book within your room block?

Answer

Room blocks allow our guests to reserve their rooms at discounted rates. Any rooms booked outside of the wedding block may not be able to take advantage of these discounts and other convenient services offered. This means that reservations made from secondary booking sites (like kayak.com or expedia) and reservations made after the deadline will not be included in our reserved room block.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request? Special diet requests?

Answer

Absolutely! Please report any food allergies or special diet restrictions in the appropriate response box when RSVPing. We will be sure to inform the venue’s catering services appropriately. There will be vegetarian options available - please refer to the menu on our website.
