Do I need to bring a mask?

Answer

Yes please bring a mask! We will have masks in the case one is for gotten, but it will only be a limited amount, so please bring your own.

When do I need to wear my mask?

Answer

Masks will need to be worn when in side a building. You do not need to wear your mask while at the ceremony or social hour since these will be taking place outside. Dinner will take place inside- you do not need to wear your mask while you are sitting at your tables eating a drinking, but if you are walking around, going to the bar or bathroom you must put your mask back on.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your Kids, but we want our wedding to be your night off. If your invitation says "and Family" - we have extended the invitation to include your kids. Otherwise we would prefer it just be the two of you. If you are still unsure if we have extended the invite to your kids- when you RSVP, your kids will be listed under your names- if they are not we would again prefer it just be the two of you.

Can I bring a Date?

We have included the names of those who we know have significant others, if your invitation just says your name- we would prefer it just be you.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

The Dress code is Cocktail style please. The Ceremony will be taking place outside on grass, so maybe rethink the stilletos :) It might also be a little chilly, so keep that in mind when picking your outfit.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue. Parking is on the west side of the property.

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotels?

Answer

There is only one shuttle scheduled from the Running Aces Hotel. It will be leaving at 2:15 pm for the venue and will pick up at the venue at 10 pm. It is first come first serve- only fits 15 people. Otherwise, we recommend you drive- it is a pretty drive and they have plenty of parking.
