I first met my wonderful parents on September 1, 1995 when I unintentionally made my mom miss her dinner! In all seriousness, my parents have been the most amazing role models and have always pushed me to shoot for the stars. My mom showed me what a strong woman looks like and that no matter what happens in life if you stay motivated you can always achieve your dreams. My dad showed me what an amazing and loving man looks like, how a man should treat a woman, and how to be self sufficient. He made sure I knew how to use every power tool he owned so I could build a house from the ground up if I chose. Without these two amazing parents, their guidance, and their love and support I would not be the same person I am today. Thank you for everything!

I am thankful for all the love and support my parents have given me over the years. They worked multiple jobs to pay for our schooling, sports, and summer adventures at the Ranch. I wouldn't be the person I am today without everything they have done for me.

Believe it or not, Lauren and I started off as rivals during high school track! After we found ourselves living in the same apartment, we realized how similar we were. From that point forward we became inseparable! What I love most of all about this incredible woman is the unwavering honesty, support, and love she has always provided me throughout our friendship. She continues to make me a better person despite not being able to talk to or see each other every day. Not a day goes by that I am not thankful we became best friends!

We met in the back of our high school english class. I didn't like him at first, so we didn't talk much. Then one day he saw my Metal Mulisha screen saver, asked if I rode dirt bikes, I said no, then we started talking. We have been best buds ever since.

Joy and I met our freshman year of college as we were both on the track and field team at Sacramento State. We quickly became the best of friends. Joy has always been an incredible person and can befriend anyone she meets. She was even an honorary thrower throughout her time on the track team. When you get down to it, Joy is one of those people that you can't help but smile when you think of her. She always puts others first, and there isn't anything she wouldn't do for you! I have been blessed to have such an incredible woman in my life.

We met in college while playing rugby. I thought his name was Seth for the longest time, until one day I learned that wasn't his name. Once we started talking more we realized how similar we are. We basically spent every day together whether we were playing rugby, hanging out, or working construction.

Tyhana and I met day one of freshman year as we were both throwers on Sacramento State's track and field team. This girl constantly kept a smile on my face! She knows how to find the fun in every situation and was always your biggest cheerleader. On top of being an amazing human being she was so incredibly talented at what she did, and the thing I admired most about her was how humble she was. I have so many wonderful memories of the two of us and I couldn't imagine what my life would have looked like without her in it!

We met in elementary school, however we didn't start talking until high school when we both played on the Santa Rosa rugby team. He was my chauffer to the away games. He even helped me get my first bar tending job and we had way too much fun working together.

Niki has always been someone who loves me unconditionally, pushes me to strive for more, and supports me no matter what. She has helped me grow so much as a person as she enjoys pushing me outside my comfort zone. Anyone who knows her, knows that she is loud, fun, and the life of any party. Niki has no problem putting herself out there, especially if it is to support someone she cares about. This woman will do nothing but shower you with love and make you feel so proud of yourself. Every memory I have with this incredible woman is one that ends with a huge smile and endless laughter. P.S. Michael says that she is his spirit person!

We met in elementary school at rugby camp. We became friends while playing on the Santa Rosa rugby team and then went on to play rugby in college. Whenever we are together we call ourselves Mike squared and we can't take anything seriously. I even helped move Mikey to college and back from college in Mississippi. That was a long road trip with no A/C.

Hanna is one of the biggest reasons that I survived grad school! We were constantly texting, facetiming, and eventually zooming each other to try and figure out what was going on in school. We bonded over our past collegiate athletic careers and promised to keep the other one standing by the time we graduated from PT school. During all of our study sessions outside of school, Michael was lucky enough to get to know Hanna and never misses an opportunity to say hi to her when we talk on the phone. Throughout the past 3 years, I have learned how amazing, strong, and resilient this woman is. I couldn't be luckier to have such a supportive and loving woman in my life!

We met while I was hanging out with his older brother John. We didn't talk much at first until I was coaching him in rugby. We love to send each other funny videos and make each other laugh so hard we cry. We're all about the family.

Bridesman Nolan and I first met in middle school, but it wasn't until high school that we became close friends. Our friendship really began with throwing, we became each other's number one supporter during competition. We trained together, competed together, and even signed our national letters of intent together. I have always been able to count on him for support, even when we were in different states and time zones. I couldn't be more thankful to call him my best friend! Groomsman We met in high school on our football team. Our best memories are at the Ranch where we got into our fair share of trouble. I also had the pleasure of helping him move back from Montana. Now we like to spend our time hanging out at his house, cooling off in the pool.

We met in elementary school when we played on the CYO basketball team. We played sports together in high school and found that our friendship was inevitable as our parents were good friends. Now we like to get up to Tahoe and snowboard together whenever we can.

Ariana is Michael's baby cousin who blessed this family in 2020. We have have grown to love her dearly since she was born.

William is Michael's oldest nephew who enjoys making friends, being active, and he LOVES to dance! Winston is Michael's youngest nephew as well as our godson. He enjoys all things baby yoda and like his older brother he LOVES to dance!
