Answer

Please RSVP by April 23rd. You will be able to RSVP once the formal wedding invitations have been sent.

Question

What's the earliest guests can arrive at the wedding venue?

Answer

3:30 PM The venue will not open for guests until 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, which means guests cannot arrive before 3:30 PM.

Question

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 PM. Please arrive early as there will be multiple 15 person shuttles taking groups from the reception site to the ceremony site.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-Formal or Dressy Casual: Cocktail dresses, summer dresses, floor length dresses, or pant suits are welcome. Suits or dress shirts and slacks are welcome. Please no shorts or jeans. Shoes: make sure you have comfortable shoes as there are plenty of locations to explore. At the venue you will be walking on multiple surfaces including gravel, grass, bark, concrete, wood floors, and stairs. Dinner will be served on the lawn. Jackets: historically the temperature at the venue in June is a high of 80 degrees and a low of 50 degrees. It wouldn't hurt to bring something to keep warm in case it cools off at night.

This has been a popular question: What color are the bridesmaids and groomsmen wearing?

Answer

The bridesmaids are wearing dusty blue. The groomsmen are in light grey suits and brown shoes.

Question

Answer

Please check your invitation/RSVP to see if you have a plus one. If your name is the only one on the RSVP and you have questions, please contact us.

Question

Is it okay to take pictures with a phone or camera during the wedding ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony as we have hired a photographer and videographer to allow you to be present with us during the ceremony. We encourage you to take as many photos and videos throughout the remainder of the evening.

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking on site. We will be emailing a map of the venue prior to the wedding which indicates where parking is available.

We will not be providing transportation to or from the venue. If you plan on drinking alcohol, please ensure you have a designated driver or will be using an Uber/Lyft to transport to and from the wedding.
