How do we get into the Venue building?

Answer

Stallion Mountain is a gated community golf course and there will be guarded gates at the entrance of the neighborhood. The address will lead you to the gate entrance. GPS is not good at giving directions after this point solely by entering the address. You must enter “Stallion Mountain by Wedgewood Weddings” on Google Maps and it will lead you to the venue buildings. Once you’ve reached the gate just let the guard know your a guest for the wedding at Wedgewood and they should let you through. After this it’s easy to get to. Once passing the gate, continue going straight with no turns. Its a long two lane curvy road and the venue is all the way at the end. Be aware the road has many speed bumps! You’ll see on your left, large open parking lot and you can park anywhere. You’ll encounter two buildings and our wedding is the first building on the left specifically with the words “Wedgewood Weddings”. And the first thing you’ll notice is the area where the outdoor ceremony will take place. The reception will be in the same building.

What are the wedding colors?

Answer

Dark green, champagne gold, and white.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d appreciate the guests dress accordingly in elevated semi formal or cocktail attire. But please do not wear all white or white adjacent. Take advantage of a special night to dress up! But keep in mind it will still be warm/hot in October.

What’s the weather like in Vegas in October?

Answer

It will be high 80’s in the daytime and at night, low 60’s with low chances of rain in early October.

Will the wedding be outside?

Answer

Yes, just for the ceremony portion only. There are pergolas over the seats for shade. If it does rain, the ceremony will be moved indoors. Followed after the ceremony the reception will be moved indoors.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We appreciate your support and appreciation of our union. But we are only able to accommodate the guests named on the invitations.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Respectfully we will be extending our guest list only for immediate family and close friends traveling out of state to make it to our wedding. Unless otherwise stated on your invitation we’d love to just have you and enjoy a fun night off.

If someone in my family group cancels, can I take someone else to take their place?

Answer

We understand things can change from now and to the wedding. So if your date or guests in your family group changes, be sure to let us know as soon as possible please. That way we can adjust the guest count and change the cards on the seating chart. Otherwise any guests on our list that cancel, Justin and I would like the chance to invite a guest that we couldn’t add before.

Can I bring my own liquor?

Luckily we’ve accommodated our guests to have access to an open bar starting at happy hour with various drinks and liquor options. Please take advantage during the dinner portion there will also be unlimited wine available at each table. But the venue does not allow outside drinks due to strict regulations.

What kind of food will there be?

Answer

Starting out there will be appetizers being served during cocktail hour. At dinner you’ll be able to enjoy a buffet style, with various salad options, sides, chicken and beef.

Can I take my camera other than my phone?

Answer

Yes, take as many photos as you’d like with your phone or camera. There will be more information on the day on how to share and send your photos to Justin and I. We want as many point of views as possible. We’d love to see so many memories of your pictures and videos, in case we missed something. Feel free to use the hashtag #JustInLove2023

What are the activities after the wedding?

Answer

As the wedding reception and dancing ends at 10 pm, we would like to invite you to join us on the strip to continue the party to whom ever wants to keep the night going. It’s Vegas after all! Details are still being worked out and will let everyone know.
