We will be providing accommodations for all guests who make the journey to celebrate with us in Italy. Terre di Baccio has 16 rooms and suites, accommodating the majority of our guests. We will secure additional accommodations in the nearby town of Greve in Chianti if necessary.
Complimentary breakfast will be provided daily at your accommodation. Additionally, we will be planning group dinners on all three nights of our wedding weekend (Welcome Dinner, Rehearsal Dinner, and Reception Dinner). Any additional meals will be the responsibility of our guests. If you have any dietary restrictions, please reach out to the Bride and Groom as soon as possible.
Although we love children, we kindly ask that children outside of the immediate family do not attend.
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (no phones or cameras). The ceremony gift you can give us is to be fully present as we say our "I do's." We have hired professionals to capture this special moment for us, so please allow them to do their best work. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like!
You will need an active passport to travel into Italy from outside of the country. Please check the expiration date on your passport to ensure you will have enough time to renew yours prior to traveling. For more info on how to obtain or renew a US passport, please visit the US State Department website: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/how-apply.html
In the abundance of caution, we recommend purchasing international medical insurance for the duration of your travel. You can do so relatively affordably through United Healthcare: https://www.uhcsafetrip.com If you plan to rent a car, please review your car rental policy as it may be required to obtain an International Drivers Permit or IDP prior to your arrival. You can get an IDP from AAA: https://www.aaa.com/vacation/idpf.html
