Matron of Honor
Jessica's best friend since their Flagler College days, Jessica & Jessica have an almost telekinetic relationship, finishing each other's sentences and laughing at each other's jokes. Their friendship started while living on the same floor freshman year and strengthened through college and beyond. They look pretty similar as far as their name, education, home state, hobbies, etc., but make no mistake — JFast is both smarter and funnier ;)
Best Man
Dan is Brian's oldest friend. The two have gotten into more than their fair share of trouble over the years, though Dan would likely point out Brian's lifelong ability to "stay one step ahead of the law." Dan shares Brian's affinity for whiskey, Taco Bell and the work of late Pittsburgh Steelers color commentator Myron Cope.
Bridesmaid
Jessica's step-sister, Barbie is treasured for her positivity, warmth and laid-back approach to life. Barbie has always been there for Jess, whether it's to lend an ear, give advice or enjoy a cocktail. Barbie and her hubby, Ken (yes, they've heard that joke before) will undoubtedly be the life of this party!
Groomsman
The id to Brian's superego, Jack is Brian's future brother-in-law. Along with their families and significant others, the two have enjoyed a number of trips together, including Key West, northern Michigan and a particularly memorable ziplining expedition in Alaska.
Bridesmaid
Jessica's "other" soul mate, Meaggen lived with Jessica during the first few years of her relationship with Brian. Meaggen is known for her eye for fashion and style, and over the years, she's taught Jess the importance of being good to yourself. Brian and Jess both are thrilled to have "Meggie" in their wedding, and the couple thanks her for taking their lovely engagement photos.
Groomsman
An Analyst in both profession and spirit, Sam is Brian's intellectual sparring partner. The two have been good friends since they began trading Hot Takes and media criticism in the mid 2000s at various bars on Manhattan's Upper East Side.
Bridesmaid
A longtime friend of Brian's, Caitlin and Jessica met on the same Newport trip during which Brian and Jess were introduced. Jessica often credits the success of her relationship with Brian to the fact that she was able to bond with Caitlin and a few of Brian's other friends from the moment they all met. Caitlin and Jessica have been close ever since that first weekend in Newport, enjoying great times together in New York, at various weddings, in Orlando to use their annual passes to Universal Studios and co-hosting Dip Day NYC.
Groomsman
Mike is Brian's former roommate and business partner. Together, the two have spent way too much time discussing the minutiae of the gym, promotional credit card offers and trips down something called "Bodywash Lane." (We think that's weird, too.)
Bridesmaid
Meredith Tehan is a force of nature. She's been an incredibly important influence in Jess's life, dating back to when they met during their first year at Flagler College. In 2011, Meredith not only convinced Jess to move to NYC, where she would later meet Brian, she helped Jess land a great job in advertising. Meredith has given Jessica no small amount of love and support throughout their 10+ years of friendship.
Groomsman
Naz worked with Brian during his earliest days in NYC and the two have been friends ever since. The two were laid off from Columbia Business School on the same day in 2009, something Brian took much harder than Naz did, to her credit. Naz and Brian no longer work together, but they still relate through the ups-and-downs of entrepreneurship in NYC. Though Naz's opinion of Brian's style has varied over the years, she has always been one of his major creative influences.
Bridesmaid
EP is a former Flagler College soccer phenom, roommate to Jess, roommate to Judi and Hawk in Orlando, and now a Jacksonville Beach wife & mom. She is one of the most hilarious and passionate people in the couple's lives. EP's wedding to her husband, Jamie, in 2014 marks the first wedding that Brian and Jessica attended together as a couple.
Groomsman
The man, the myth, the legend. ATM unknowingly introduced Jessica and Brian at his family's Newport estate during the summer of 2013, an achievement that now surpasses any of his fantasy sports championships.
Usher
Owner of the wedding's best hair, Guyte met Brian through Alex Townsend-Mitchell sometime in 2005. The two share a passion for discussing TV's prestige dramas, most notably Mad Men, Breaking Bad and Deadwood.
Usher
Michael and Brian met while co-editing The Miscellany News, the campus newspaper of Vassar College. Michael helped Brian through his adjustment to post-college life in NYC, where the two attended too many concerts to remember. Fun fact: Before the two became friends, they took a class together on the works of Charles Dickens, during which Michael expressed a desire to kick Brian's ass. Who can blame him?
Usher
Nick and Brian once drove 4,000 miles together on a road trip that took them to some of the finest sights our nation has to offer, including the Badlands, Mount Rushmore and the town of Deadwood, SD. Pope is a close friend of both Brian and Jessica, traveling with the couple frequently and spending many fine evenings watching TV on the couple's teal sofa.
