If the block is full, the room rates should be similar to block pricing so please consider it! This would be the recommended place to stay to ensure you can walk to all of the weekend activities. Wythe Hotel started with the discovery of a factory on the Williamsburg waterfront. The building was constructed in 1901 and has been converted into a 70-room hotel.

There are great AirBNB options in our neighborhood & we encourage you to check them out! Be sure to search in the Williamsburg area, ideally West of I-278 and North of the Williamsburg bridge.
