Are kids allowed at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We politely request that there be no children under the age of 18. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We want to keep our day as intimate as possible, and we are choosing to celebrate with our closest family and friends. Thank you for respecting our wishes and thank you for respecting the number of guests on your invite.

Where is the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are at Emerson at Plum. 543 Plum Street, Macon, GA 31201 If you forget the address and try to text the bride or groom, we most likely won’t have a chance to respond. Which will lead to you being hopelessly lost. So it’s best you save the address somewhere you won’t lose it.

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes, we have reserved a parking lot at the corner of Third street and Plum for the wedding, right across from the venue! There is also street parking, but that is metered.

How fancy should we be?

Answer

We aren’t super fancy people but this is a nicer event. Think somewhere between business casual and semi formal. For attire, wear what you like! We do request no jeans 😁 The bride also requests you refrain from wearing a wedding dress, but if that's really all you have to wear, she prefers that you sit in the back corner behind a shrub.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4, so bottoms in seats before then please! If you get there late, please be prepared to join the bride and her father as he escorts her down the aisle.

Where are Dudley and Eliza?

Answer

While we also love our furry friends, these two are such a hot mess that they would surely cause mayhem. So they will not be in attendance.

Will there be food?

Answer

Of course, we love food! Seeing as Heather is vegetarian and Jared eats meat, we will have something that works for everyone!
