Dear Friends and Family, We have decided to move forward with our wedding on July 27th. We thank everyone who is comfortable joining us and understand for those that are unable to attend. We still want to celebrate with everyone and are planning a celebration in Washington once the pandemic is no longer a risk. James and Chantel met on Tinder, April fools day 2017. Little did they know they would end up fools for one another. James was in Colorado for work and Chantel was board. Three days later they met at Growler USA in Centennial, Co. (A brewery). They shared a beer flight and James did most of the talking. He was funny and made Chantel laugh. When they parted that night, James swung Chantel around and kissed her speechless! Their next date was a few days later at The Cheesecake Factory, then they went to a movie. A few days later they went on a light hike. There they saw a couple getting photos and James asked Chantel if they would get their engagement photos there. Chantel thought he was nuts! Later in the hike, they came to a spot and sat down. After a while, James grabbed Chantel's hand and lead her atop of a large flat rock. He put a song on his phone and they danced to Hunter Hayes- Wanted. (their wedding song) A few days later, James went on a multi-state tour for work. Chantel wasn't sure about him and played hard to get. Then they started taking nightly and she started to miss him. He drove through a snow storm to make their date the next day with her! When he returned they were inseparable. Two months later, James was told he had to go back to Oregon. The two spent every waking hour together that they could until James departed. They decided to give long distance a try and talked every night on the phone through Facebook messenger and snap chat video. Chantel came to visit James in August. Jame came to visit Chantel in September. Chantel went out for Thanksgiving and met the parents! James came back to CO for work in December for two weeks and then again for New Year's. When he returned to Oregon he was asked to go back to CO for 3-6 weeks for work. James asked Chantel if he could stay with her. She was happy to oblige. 3-6 weeks came and went, but James never got the call to go back to Oregon. To both of their surprises, James never had to go back. January 2019, James officially moved out to CO. In April, he proposed on their vacation in Las Vegas with his friends Derrick and Ashley (who Chantel was meeting for the first time). Now James and Chantel are getting married! And they will live happily ever after. The End
