Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 1st, 2023, as indicated on the invitation we hope you received in the mail. If you haven’t responded yet, please respond before the end of September as we need to provide the venue with the final count.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We’re sharing this day with our loved ones. Because of this, our wedding is strictly RSVP only. If your invitation indicates “Guest,” then you may bring a plus one but aren’t required to. You will only be allowed to RSVP for the number of people indicated on your invitation. If you have any questions regarding this, email us at meettheramons@outlook.com.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. Please indicate in your RSVP any dietary restrictions or food allergies so we can accommodate you.

Question

How many days before the wedding should I arrive in Bali?

Answer

We recommend you plan to get there 2 to 3 days before the wedding, in case there are any flight delays. Also, because of the long flight(s), we want you to be well-rested the day of the wedding. If you’re in the bridal party, you’ll want to make sure you’re there at least two days before since the rehearsal is on the 9th.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. The dress code is formal/semi-formal. Absolutely no one should wear any white/off-white/ivory/cream. A safe bet is if you have to ask someone if it’s okay to wear then it probably isn’t.

Question

What are your wedding colors?

Answer

Sage and terracotta. Feel free to wear either color or whatever color you wish, except white/off-white/ivory/cream.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

December and January are Bali’s rainiest months, so definitely expect to see some rain. Because of this, our festivities will occur indoors, so we didn’t have to worry about contingency plans.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

See our “Travel” page on our website to find an all-inclusive resort option. As we find more options we’ll update that page.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle provided by Tirtha will take you to and from the venue.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have a registry here on Zola. Also, Zola has access to all of our registries and cash funds, including Amazon, Target, and Bed Bath & Beyond. Click on our “Registry” page on our website to view them all. Or you could go to the different websites and search either of our names. Our preferred gifts would be the Cash Funds that we have on Zola or The Knot.

Question

How long will the bride and groom be in Bali?

Answer

We arrive on December 3rd and depart on December 18th. We plan to stay close to the venue until the wedding. After, we plan to be in a different area in Bali.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

As of right now, there aren’t any planned events besides the ceremony and reception. We would like to plan at least one group event once we know the days everyone will be in Bali. When you’ve made definite arrangements, please email us at meettheramons@outlook.com so we can try to coordinate something with everyone.

For all the days along the way
