COVID-19 Testing Requirement

As of this writing (April 23), the US requires a negative COVID-19 test within 1 day of your travel to return to the United States. Dreams Riviera Cancun offers testing at the resort. The COVID test is free IF: you booked a Preferred Club room AND you booked prior to November 1, 2021. If you did not book a Preferred Club room OR booked after November 1, 2021, they still offer the test but it is $35 per person. If you are interested in getting tested at the hotel, you *must* make a reservation to take the test at the time of check-in. The slots book up quickly, so it's important to book your spot as soon as possible. Another option is to purchase an at-home test. For these tests, you purchase in advance and take them with you when you travel. When you are within a day, you log-in to a video call and a telehealth professional watches and verifies you take the test. We’ve reviewed a few of the travel websites around tipping and found this link on Trip Advisor that appears to be from the resort itself: Regarding your question, at our resort the tips are included. If you would like to recognize the service of an specific staff member, you could tip them directly. Hope you find this information useful. Airport Transfers

Airport transportation (aka transfers) to and from the resort is $42 per person. This $42 covers the round trip cost.
