While we would love to celebrate with everyone, please refer to the names specifically included on your save the dates and invitations.

What should I wear?

Answer

We want all of our guests to be comfortable. Please plan to wear cocktail attire and see our schedule for specific notes about dress/attire.

How can I get to all the wedding and celebration locations?

Answer

Our wedding events will all be held in the town of Amherst, Massachusetts. The ceremony will be at the Old Chapel on the University of Massachusetts campus, and the cocktail hour, reception and brunch will be a five minute walk on-campus to the UMass Hotel/Campus Center. Please see our schedule page for more specific details.

Help! The hotel code isn't working!

Answer

We have a set amount of rooms reserved for a discounted rate at the UMass Hotel. After searching for availability on the hotel website, select the "Rate Options" tab, and there will be a space to input our discount code (BHW22C). If the discount code does not work, it is possible the discounted block is full, but there may still be availability at the hotel for their regular rate!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes! Our wedding hashtag is #ToHoffandtoHold. However, we do ask that you refrain from taking any photos, video or using your cellphone during the ceremony and our first dance. We have hired some very talented photographers for our special day and want our guests to just focus on enjoying themselves. After our first dance, please take photos using your phones, the disposable cameras we will have scattered about, and the photo booth we will have set up!

How do I RSVP?

Answer

When your invitation arrives, you can RSVP online on our wedding website. Follow the directions provided in your invitation. We ask that you RSVP no later than May 15th.

We are registered with Zola and you can find the link to our registry on our wedding website.

Do I have to be vaccinated to attend?

Answer

Out of concern for our guests, in order to attend this celebration we request that you be fully vaccinated.
