Attire: Semi Formal/ Cocktail Attire. The wedding ceremony is outdoors and the grass may be soft so we recommend avoiding stilettos.
Although we want you to be comfortable and wear what you want, if all you have is a wedding dress, the bride prefers you go naked. Ceremony will be roughly 30 minutes and should include the following: - Proud Parents - Some sort of vows - Exchanging of something sparkly - Laughter - Oos and Ahs - One life altering Smooch Please follow the signs and park down Ison Road. There will be handicapped parking closer to the ceremony site. Carpooling to this area is recommended. ***Please plan to show up early. After parking, you can wait for the tractor ride in or walk the 1/3 mile down the trail to the ceremony. Map provided above***
4:45 pm
Attire: Semi Formal/ Cocktail Attire. Wear cocktail dresses, your favorite little black dress, dressy jumpsuits, slacks, etc.
If you are a close family member: We will be holding you hostage immediately following the ceremony for photos. We promise to make it as quick and painless as possible. If you are a friend: Run away! Scurry over to the reception for drinks and snacks while the the family snaps some pictures. Don’t worry, we promise we’ll be by shortly and give you the opportunity for pictures with the groom and bride as well. As you wait for the bridal party to return after photographs, sign our guest book, view some of our favorite memories together, and grab yourself a drink on us. If you are neither: Hmm...that’s an unusual predicament. We’ll just file you with the “friends” and encourage you to head over to the reception for a drink, snack, and mingling.
