Transportation To the Venue Spring Hill Suites Guests will be picked up by Abbott Bus Company at 2:40pm. The Hotel Roanoke Guests will be picked up by Abbott Bus Company at 3:00pm You will arrive at Big Spring Farm by 4:15pm Hampton Inn Guests will be picked up by 3:40pm and will arrive at Big Spring Farm by 3:55pm. The Georges Hotel Guests will be picked up by 4:10pm and will arrive at Big Spring Farm by 4:25pm. Transportation Back to Hotels Hotel Roanoke and Spring Hill Suites guests will be picked up by Abbot Bus at 10:30pm. Hotel Roanoke guests will be dropped off at 11:30pm. Spring Hill Suites guests will be dropped off at 11:45pm. First Round of Transportation for The Georges/Hampton Inn Guests Pick up at 10:30pm from Big Spring Farm Drop off at the Georges at 10:45pm and then drop off at The Hampton Inn at 10:55pm Last Round Pick up Pick up at 11:15pm from Big Spring Farm Drop off at The Georges at 11:30pm and then drop off at The Hampton Inn at 11:40pm

About 1 hour from Lexington! Though this is a smaller airport there should be flight options for out of town guests! We would recommend looking at flights sooner rather than later!

About 2.5 hours from Lexington, VA With this being a bigger airport it might offer more options for out of towners to fly in!
