The dress code for our wedding is formal/cocktail. Ladies can wear cocktail or floor length dresses. The gentleman can wear suit/tie or tux/tie! Keep in mind, when picking out shoes, that the majority of our venue will be outside/on grass :)
Though our formal invitations request an RSVP by the 25th we are allowing a grace period until the 31st. That being said, we would greatly appreciate your response sooner rather than later!
You’ll be greatly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
Perfect! The highs in Lexington will be around the low 80°s and the lows will be around 60°s. Since it will be the first weekend in September we will still be coming off the August heat so it might be a little warmer! There will be a bonfire later in the evening, blankets (if needed) and the barn will be climate controlled!
Good news! The ceremony and reception will both be taking place at Big Spring Farm! We will have shuttles leaving from the hotels but please check back for further information in regards to the transportation!
A little bit of both! The ceremony will be outdoors. Dinner will be outdoors but under a tent and dancing will be in the barn!
After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the veranda/barn where we will be serving drinks and hors d’oeuvres.

We will be requiring all guest to either be vaccinated or have a negative test 3 days prior to our wedding. The majority of the celebrations will take place outdoors but you’re more than welcomed to wear a mask if that makes it a more comfortable experience for you. At this time, masks are not required so we will not have any on site.

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!
