When should I arrive?

Answer

Plan to arrive by 5:15pm; account for Bay Bridge traffic. Head over to the “Things To Do” page to find activities you can do if you travel to the Eastern shore earlier. For real time traffic information call 1-877-BAYSPAN (229-7726) or listen to the live feed which can be found on the Bay Bridge website. There is a cashless toll for the bridge, usually paid by EZ-Pass.

What is an “unplugged ceremony”?

During the ceremony, we are requesting phones and cameras are put away, to allow everyone to be present in the moment with us. Also, we hired a pretty great professional team to capture the moment and we’ll be sure to share the photos! Cocktail hour and reception - feel free to go full paparazzi mode!

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside, the reception will be inside. The cocktail hour is indoor/outdoor on the deck. If there is inclement weather, all events will be held inside.

What do I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire: elegant, yet comfortable. This generally means suit coat or blazer, tie and dress shoes for men; dresses, pants suits, dressy flats/heels/wedges for women. Too much: tuxedos and ballgowns. Too little: jeans and mini-dresses. Just right: the wide range of options in between. If all else fails, ask us (or Google)!

Can I bring the kids?

The wedding will be an adults-only event.

Can I bring a “plus one” guest?

Answer

Due to space constraints, we’ve included all invited guests on the invitations. We will not be able to accommodate additional guests.

What about transportation / parking?

Answer

Guests are welcome to park at the venue but cannot leave vehicles overnight. There is a shuttle to/from the Inn at CBBC, but not the surrounding hotels. We’re told Ubers are limited, so please arrange for safe transportation.
