This story begins in the midst of a pandemic, against the odds of isolation and social distancing - Stephanie and Will found each other. They met at a 4th of July party where Stephanie’s cousin Marty invited his friend, Will. The late Winnie Tizzle (Stephanie’s dog) was running around partying with everyone. When Stephanie found her, she was in her doggy bag, little fluffy face sticking out, being held by Will. They talked the rest of the night, watched fireworks, he got her number, and they went their separate ways. At the end of July, they met again when Marty invited them to go wakeboarding. They spent the next few weeks boating and hanging out with friends on the water. On August 21st, 2020, Will asked Stephanie on a first date where he cooked her a salmon dinner (she didn’t tell him that she had to ask her co-workers what salmon tasted like since she never had it). Nevertheless, Will’s cooking skills, along with his sense of humor and considerate nature won Stephanie over. Stephanie’s authentic and bubbly personality left Will speechless (literally - Stephanie talked the entire time). And that began the official start of their adventure together.

After meeting during the summer months, Stephanie and Will’s love for one another grew as the seasons changed. They spent many fall and winter evenings out on the deck talking about life, career goals, what they desire in a relationship, and what a future together would look like. Fast forward two years later, Steph being the planner that she is, just planned and executed an awesome 30th birthday party for Will. After reliving the night over a cup of coffee on the deck the next morning, Will made a comment to Stephanie saying “I really wanted a fiancée for my birthday”. Stephanie looked up from her cup of coffee to find Will down on one knee. He asked, she said “of course”, and here we are!
