Hopefully! Weather permitting, both the wedding and cocktail hour will be outside. Please keep this in mind when deciding what to wear.

Weston is about 30 minutes north of Kansas City, very close to the airport. In fact, there is a complimentary shuttle from the airport to the Quality Inn. Additionally, we will be providing shuttle service between the Quality Inn and the Timber Barn for the wedding/reception.

Weston is a beautiful, fun town only 30 minutes from KC. Think wineries amidst green, rolling hills. It's like a mini destination wedding... right down the street! We hope you love it.

I'm flying in. Will I need a car?

Answer

First of all, we can't thank you enough for making the trip! And great question- it depends. The Quality Inn has a free shuttle that can take you from the airport to the hotel. Additionally, we will provide shuttle service between the hotel, wedding/reception, and after party. Exploring town is where it gets trickier. Weston is a very small town and ubers are therefore hard to come by. If you are wanting to explore Weston or to get down to KC, a car would be handy.
