Hotel Blocks
The last day to book at the discounted room block rate is March 27, 2024. We have reserved room blocks with two hotels in the Asheville area for our wedding weekend. We encourage guests to book within our room blocks early (April is a very busy time for the Asheville area) so that we may add additional rooms if needed. If the room block of your choice has filled up - please reach out to us at hensonkelleywedding@gmail.com and we will do our best to work with our hotel partners to accommodate you. Additionally, if you are looking to stay extra days in the Asheville area our hotel partners are happy to accommodate the additional nights by calling reservations at the numbers listed below.

Discounted rate of $239 a night and Valet Parking fee waived for our guests who book through the link or call with the discount/group code below before March 27, 2024. Cambria Hotel Downtown Asheville is centrally located in downtown Asheville with beautiful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and walking distances to some of the best restaurants and breweries the city has to offer. Additionally, one of the city's top rooftop bars/restaurants, Hemingway's Cuba, is located on the 4th floor of the hotel.

Country Inn & Suites Asheville River Arts District
Discounted rate of $149 a night for our guests who book through the link or call the number above and reference the Henson/Kelley Wedding before March 27, 2024. Country Inn & Suites Asheville River Arts District is conveniently located near shopping and Asheville's River Arts District along the the French Broad River. The hotel offers free hot breakfast every morning and a free shuttle service to both the heart of the River Arts District and Downtown Asheville. If needed, this hotel option is also dog friendly for an additional $50.00 pet fee.

Asheville Regional Airport (AVL)
Located 25 minutes from downtown Asheville this is most convenient airport to fly into for the weekend. There are direct flights between Asheville and major cities on the East Coast and is serviced by Delta, American, United, and Allegiant airlines.

Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP)
Greenville hosts the next closest airport (1 hour and 15 minutes drive), and has a wider variety of flight times and airlines carriers available. Flights prices will most likely be cheaper if choosing this option.

Charlotte-Douglas International Airport (CLT)
The furthest of the airport options (2 hour drive), however, is the largest and cheapest option of the three and the closest international airport offering. Numerous direct flights, times and airline carriers available.
