When is the Deadline to RSVP?

Answer

Please respond by March 15th.

Question

Can I Bring A Plus One?

Answer

Due to limited space, we're only able to accommodate those guests who are formally invited on your invitation. If you recieved a plus one they will appear under you name when you RSVP.

Are Kids Invited?

Answer

As much as we love your kids, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. Thank you for your understanding.

What is the Dress Code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. We are kindly requesting cocktail attire. No jeans or white/off-white dresses please!

What time should I arrive for the Ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony is scheduled to begin (5:45 pm), however, guests are are welcome to arrive as early as 30 minutes before the ceremony start time (5:30pm).

Is the Venue Outside?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting). Ladies please be aware you will have to walk on grass when picking out footwear. Both the cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors - though both have outdoor areas guests can enjoy.

Is there Parking at the Wedding Venue?

Answer

Yes, The Crest Center and Pavilion has ample free parking available for our guests. If you accidentally drink too much and cannot safely drive back to your accommodations, guests are able to leave their car parked overnight if picked back up by 11:00 am the following day.

Will there be a Shuttle to and/or from the venue?

Answer

No, there will be no shuttles to and from the venue. Uber, Lyft, and Ride AVL are available but may take longer than usual at night (30+ minutes) so plan accordingly and carpool when possible.

Do I need to bring an ID to the reception?

Answer

Yes, North Carolina has strict liquor laws and the venue is required to check IDs of all of our guests before serving.

Question

Any Other North Carolina Drinking Laws we need to know about?

Answer

Due to North Carolina law, guests are unable to be served more than one liquor drink at a time. Yes, even if grabbing an extra for a friend, date, spouse, etc. Please be respectful to our venue's bartenders as they have no control over this possible inconvenience. Please note: you are allowed to be served one liquor drink and one beer/wine or two beer/wines at the same time.

Is there Parking at the Friday Welcome Party Location?

Answer

Yes, The Mule has ample free parking available to our guests right outside the venue.

Question

Will Dinner be served at the Friday Welcome Party?

Answer

We will have appetizers and desserts available for our guests but we recommend grabbing dinner beforehand.

Question

am I required to stay at the welcome party for a specific length of time?

Answer

No, guests are welcome to come and go as they please! We would love to see you whether it is for 15 minutes or the full 2.5 hours.
