FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 6:00 pm so we ask that you arrive between 5:30 and 5:45 to allow adequate time for parking, seating and to sign the guestbook.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

There is a large main parking lot on the grounds that accesses the restaurant, the reception barn, the ceremony lawn, and the golf course.

Question

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

You are not alone! The bride and some of her bridesmaids also have dietary restrictions, which is why the cupcake table will have gluten-free and vegan options and guests are able to order off the restaurant menu for a non-gluten/dairy filled Italian dinner. Please fill in the space on your RSVP regarding what your dietary restrictions are so that we may accommodate you.

Question

Does the wedding have a theme?

Answer

"Rustic-chic" Oregon wedding.

Question

Will there be transportation to and from the hotel?

Answer

Drinking and driving must be avoided at all cost, so plan ahead and take a cab or Uber/Lyft to the venue and after the reception (this way no cars will be left in Langdon Farms' parking lot if you are unable to drive home at the end of the night).

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

This will be a semi-formal/dressy-casual affair. Recommended: dressy pants, a nice button-down shirt and vest, a cocktail dress, a dressy skirt and top, a summer sundress or a skirt/pants with a nice blouse. Please refrain from wearing torn jeans, shorts and tank tops. Early September in Oregon is warm but cools down at night. Bring a light jacket or cover-up just in case.

Question

Are there specific shoes that I should/shouldn't wear?

Answer

The ceremony and reception games will be on the lawn so wedges are a better option than stilettos. Wear something that will allow you to dance the night away!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

In order to allow our guests, including parents, an evening of relaxation, we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult only occasion aside from a few young family members and cousins. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to share our big day and will enjoy having the evening off!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Absolutely! We just ask that when you RSVP you add your guest's name to the plus one box.
