When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 11, 2024. We will need to let our vendors know our final number!

What if I don't RSVP?

Answer

To help us with planning, we kindly ask that you RSVP by the date provided on your formal invitation. If you are having trouble RSVPing, please contact the bride or groom. If we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline noted on the invitation, we will have to mark you as "not attending". We will miss celebrating with you, but we do need to finalize the guest count for our vendors. We hope you understand!

Can I bring a plus one?

We have thoughtfully planned our guest list to celebrate with our closest family and friends. Therefore, we kindly request that invited guest attends. All guests who are invited will be indicated on the formal invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are children allowed?

Answer

We love your children, but we've decided to have an adults-only wedding except for our flower girls. We are excited to celebrate with you and hope you enjoy a parents night out!

When should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to make sure you have enough time to park, get a pre-ceremony beverage, and take the trolley to the ceremony space. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony, you will need to stay at the cocktail hour/reception area.

Is there a dress code?

We will be dressed our best for our special day and would LOVE for our guests to dress up with us! The dress code is Semi-Formal.

Is there transportation?

Answer

Yes! We will have a bus that will go from Running Aces to the venue before the ceremony and back to Running Aces from the venue after the reception. You CANNOT leave your car at the venue overnight, so if you are planning on drinking, please stay at Running Aces to take advantage of the bussing or plan for a sober ride!

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have an open bar with beer and wine, there will be no liquor! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you, so get ready to celebrate!

Where will I park?

Answer

There is a parking lot on the venue site. Please follow the guidance of the parking attendants and signage. You can't leave your car at the venue over-night!
