Question
What is the attire?
Answer
Semi-Formal or Dressy Casual (suit and tie or sport coat and slacks for men, dresses/nice pants and flats or wedges for women recommended). We strongly suggest you wear comfortable shoes as our ceremony will include an optional short walk up a trail - leave those 3 inch heels at home! Also the evening could be chilly, so jackets or shawls are recommended.

How do I get there?
Answer
The Bay Club in Port Ludlow is located on the Olympic Peninsula and can be tricky to get to for the uninitiated. We recommend renting a car from the SeaTac Airport in Seattle. Carpooling is encouraged. Please see our Travel page for more information, and feel free to reach out with any questions.

Will we need to wear masks during the wedding?
Answer
As of right now, all guests will be required to wear a mask while indoors for the duration of the event unless you are eating or drinking, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are not required while outdoors, but they are recommended. If the situation changes, the venue will most likely request proof of vaccination in order to go massless. We request that you get vaccinated if you are able to provide the most protection possible for yourselves and our other guests.

Where do we eat while we are in town?
Answer
There are several restaurants in the area with good food, but it might take 15-20 minutes to get to a restaurant from Port Ludlow. Make sure to call ahead since they are often busy. Will there be other events during the weekend?
Answer
We are having a welcome event on Friday evening from 5 - 6:30 pm at the Mathy house, as well as an optional road trip outing on Sunday to Lake Crescent. More details can be found on our Schedule page.
