What COVID-19 precautions are being taken?

Answer

We are requiring all guests to be vaccinated. We are keeping a close eye on the current numbers throughout the country and in Austin in particular to inform our decisions moving forward. Our current plan is for the ceremony and cocktail hour to be fully outside. The reception will be inside, and dependent on temperatures outside, all doors will be open (and 1 of the walls is made almost entirely of doors that can be open). There is space outside to hang out though, and we will provide heaters if it is very cold. Hannah & Sam will wear kn-95s for the 2 weeks prior to the wedding, and will be doing PCR tests a few days out as well. Welcome drinks and the farewell brunch will have seating inside & outside (weather permitting).

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The sooner the better! We would like you to RSVP by October 6th, but we understand that you might need to change your response due to covid-19. We ask that, if possible, final changes be made 10 days out from the wedding.

How will I get from place to place?

Answer

Everything other than the wedding itself will be easily walkable or a short Uber ride away from the Fairmont. And for the wedding, transportation will be provided to and from the hotel. There will be shuttles heading back to the hotel multiple times throughout the night (starting at 8 pm) so that you can leave the wedding at the best time for you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony/when will the shuttles leave the Fairmont?

Answer

If you are riding a shuttle, please be ready to leave the Fairmont by 3:30 pm. If driving yourself, please be at Stonehouse Villa by 4:15.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There will be a post- wedding brunch on Sunday. Friday night plans are still being ironed out- we would love to do welcome drinks with everyone in an outdoor setting, but that may not be possible. We will keep you all updated!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. The ceremony is on grass, so choose your shoes accordingly :)
