Question

I am coming from out of town. Where should I stay?

Question

What time should we be there?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:30 p.m on July 6. We kindly ask guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to allow time for parking and finding a seat.

When are the RSVPs due?

Answer

We’d love to know if you can make it (we hope you can!). Please RSVP by June 1 via our RSVP section above (navigation bar across the top of the page).

Is there a dress code? What kind of shoes should/shouldn't I wear?

Answer

We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear something church appropriate but whatever makes you comfortable! This is not a black tie affair. We are all family here. We will even have some games on the lawn, so kick off your shoes and have some fun.

Any other special attire notes we should know?

Answer

Temperatures average around 87* in July and are warmest around the 3:00 - 4:00 hour. Please wear something comfortable, however after the ceremony we will be outside until sunset. Shade is provided, but you may want some additional sun protection. We also have patio fans for a nice breeze.

Will parking be available?

Answer

Yes! Please park on the upper lots to the left of the building. If you are heading east on 94, please make a U-turn at the church intersection. If you are coming from Jamacha in Spring Valley, please do not go straight at the intersection directly into the church lot, make a left onto 94 west and enter at the driveway just 1/2 a block up. If you pass the shopping center on your right, you've gone too far. If you are coming from El Cajon, proceed through the intersection in front of the church and go up just 1/2 a block to the driveway.

Can I bring my children?

We love ALL of your children. Our venue even has a small playground and grass area for them to roam.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Ooh la la. We are so honored to share our day with you. In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions! Our venue can only accommodate 180 guests in the chapel and we have opted for 50 guests each for the bride and groom and 50 friends, in order to keep it comfortable and stay within our budget. We hope you will understand and Thank you in advanced.

Will there be dancing/entertainment?

Answer

We will have background music which we hope you will agree makes for easy visiting and conversation. Our venue's campus does not permit dancing, smoking or alcohol.

Where are you registered at?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is gift enough. Seriously. But because you asked we are registered at: Target.com, BedBathandBeyond.com, IKEA.com, CarnivalHoneymoonWishes.com and right here on Zola.com (Click on the Registry button in the navigation bar above to see more).
