Four Seasons Wedding Barn and Event Venue is in Cardington, Ohio, approximately 1 hour north of the John Glenn International Airport in Columbus, OH.
The venue is located Cardington, OH, and the reserved hotel rooms are in Delaware, OH., approx 30min south of Four Seasons Wedding Barn. You are also welcome to find accomodations other than the offered hotel blocks, however the venue is remote and there may not be many options for Air BnB's or bed and breakfasts.
Please RSVP no later than 1 October 2021. This will give the bride and groom time to arrange the seating chart and get the catering squared away.
Yes! Check out the "registries" tab at the top of this page. We are registered on Zola for honeymoon and life experience gifts, Amazon for all things household and those few "OMG I'd absolutely love to have that" items, and Etsy for fun, artisan made gifts that play to our quirky side. The links to all of these registries are under the "Registries" tab. If that feels overwhelming, cash gifts are also appreciated!
Guests are asked to arrive around 3:00pm. The ceremonoy will start at 3:30pm.
There is no dress code, but if you'd like to play with the theme of our wedding in your attire, our theme is "rustic adventure" and we plan to have a "traveling" feel to our special day. Our colors are navy, sage, apricot/rose gold, and maroon.
If your invitation specifies "and guest" you are welcome to bring a date, but of course are not required to. If your invitation says "and family," your entire household family is welcome to come along.
Yes, children are welcome - we love ALL of our friends and their families! However, parents should be cautioned that this is an adult event. Alcohol will be present, and swearing will most likely be heard. Should this be of serious concern for young ears, it is advised that parents come on their own and enjoy some time without the kids. :)
We are doing everything we can to accomodate guests with various food-related needs. One option will be vegan/vegetarian/gluten free. Depending on religious adherance, this may also be the best choice for halal and kosher as well (we promise it will be delicious!). One option will be chicken. One option will be beef. If you have any specific questions about ingredients that you can't have - please feel free to reach out and ask.
Parking is available at the venue.
To be determined.
We plan for this to be a large wedding, should COVID-19 allow us to, and there will be plenty of opportunities for reunions amongst family and friends. There will be hand sanitizer provided, and social distancing guidelines will be in place, as we will be seating in groups of 10 or less. Depending on COVID-19, masks may be required. Should COVID-19 continue to be an issue even into Fall 2021, we may have to cut our guest list - although we're praying we don't have to! We're also advising our friends and family to do your best to get the COVID-19 vaccine to protect yourselves and others. Should you be unable to attend for any reason, we will be sure to provide you with a link to watch the ceremony live!
