11:30am: Bride and Groom's parties separate to get ready

1:00pm: Photographer arrives

2:30pm: First Look between the Bride and Groom

3:00pm: Music starts and guests begin to arrive

3:30pm: Ceremony begins

4:00pm: Ceremony ends, photos, social hour

7:30pm: Bride and Groom "send off" (photo opportunity)

9:00pm: Clean up begins of the venue

11:59pm: Mandatory "out of the venue" time
