Greenwood Creek State Beach
HIGHLY RECOMMEND ESPECIALLY WITH KIDS. breathtaking big coast beach for exploration. Greenwood State Beach, also known as Elk Beach, is a state-protected beach of California, United States. It is located in the unincorporated village of Elk in Mendocino County. It is located about 15 miles north of Point Arena on Highway 1. The 47-acre park was established in 1978.

Highly recommend stopping for a great choice of picnic items before walking across the street and hiking down to the spectacular beach.

Must stop! Jason and Molly Drew are beautiful winemakers and they made a single vintage of Joshua’s Vineyard, our former little postage stamp vineyard in the Deep End across from The Bewildered Pig.
Bee Hunter Wine Tasting Room
Our neighbors Andy and Ali make this beautiful wine and run this lively tasting room. Stop where you see the canary yellow Porsche!
Toulouse Vineyards & Winery
We have been drinking Toulouse since we first moved to Anderson Valley. Classic AV Pinot noir and now they are making bubbles. Vern is a retired Oakland firefighter so show him the love.
Lichen Estate
We love their whites and the reds are classic. Doug and Ana have been in the valley for a long time and this is their second venture after selling Breggo.
