We ask that all guests be vaccinated or where for medical reasons or age limitations are not vaccinated, have taken appropriate precautions and are tested negative in proximity to the gathering. All activities will be outdoors.
For Friday arrivals, We will probably have a hike, pool time and light afternoon snacks. Recommend folks find dinner in the valley- see website for recommendations. On Saturday we will have morning yoga and an early hike. We encourage folks to get out and explore while the ceremony and reception set up is underway- there are tons of wineries (see our list), the nearby beach is gorgeous and the woods beckon hikers everywhere. In the late afternoon we will have picnic games and fun for the kids. Then, of course, the real events begin! Also check out Alltrails for local hikes- we have recorded several of our local hikes accessible only on our property. Sunday morning will feature a light brunch and leftovers, a little early morning rave music and lots of goodbye hugs.
Wine country hipster elegant (summer dress to cocktail dress for women; cool slacks and dress shirt for men (jacket and suit optional)). We recommend comfortable shoes given the uneven country terrain. Normal avoid-white at a wedding etiquette may be ignored: encourage no red dresses :) Consider a summer hat if it is a hot day.
We request that each guest wishing to bring us a wedding gift, find a book that’s holds great meaning to them, inscribe it to us and make that your gift. If it is something we already have we’ll gladly swap your personally inscribed book for the one on our shelf. Fiction, nonfiction, coffee table or otherwise. We love to read and love all of you so this would be a way to get a piece of each of our friends and family forever in our home.
Yes!! If you are glamping with us the pool will be available in the morning and we FULLY EXPECT to dive in as part of the wedding after party. So pack your suit (or not...).
YES!!! Put your hands in the air and celebrate life!
First of all, please book a place ASAP!! Our neighborhood has limited accommodations and we have arranged for our guests to have priority access but rooms are filling up quickly. Unless you are 100% committed to glamping on property, we recommend the Madrones or Brambles, Indian Creek Inn, Harbor House or if available, the Boonville Hotel. Staying in Mendocino or Healdsburg has more options but they are long twisty drives and drivers are hard to come by in our neighborhood.
Looking forward to your joining the Glamping contingent! Your tent will be fully outfitted with all the necessities for staying overnight. We recommend packing (1) water bottle for every guest in your group (we’ll supply the water!), (2) hat, (3) yoga & hiking apparel, (4) swimsuit, (5) because it can get chillier in the evenings- something cozy to wrap into for warmth.
We have a limited number of spaces available for glamping on property. We'll be providing a getting-ready-tent as well as showers, bathrooms, etc. If you are interested in glamping, please reserve ASAP in the "Travel" tab of the website. For glampers, light breakfast on Friday will be available.
Yes They Are! Make sure to include that information on your RSVP. Note that we do not have childcare services.
It depends! Because we are off the grid we can’t support charging on our property. We encourage you to review available chargers nearby. Tesla has a supercharging station in Ukiah but it is a little out of the way.
