Also... who doesn't want to ride in an iconic yellow taxicab while in NYC?! The subway is another great option for navigating the city. We suggest downloading either the Citymapper app or NYC Subway app for transit details and guidance. To pay your fare at subway turnstiles, simply tap your credit card, debit card, or Apple Pay. You do not need a MetroCard.
