Please check out this website for affordable short term housing not listed on the Air BnB website. This site came highly recommended from our coordinator. Kendall Yards is 5-10 minutes from downtown, and about 15 min from the wedding site. It has paved paths overlooking downtown, the Spokane River, and is close to My Fresh Basket (grocery store) and several popular restaurants including the MaryHill Winery. If you choose locations near Riverside State Park, you would be close to hiking and within about 5-10 min of the wedding site. The upper South Hill is a great location, but is a little further away from downtown and the venue. However, locations around 29th St are only about 20 min from the venue, and 10 min from downtown, and close to grocery stores and popular restaurants. We would advise against staying around the lower South Hill (below 13th), though some areas around Perry Street (a popular area with fun restaurants and shops) would also make for a good location. Spokane International Airport
Spokane has one main airport-it is very easy to fly in and out of, and is about 15 min from Downtown Spokane.

This hotel is located in Downtown Spokane. It overlooks the Spokane River and is walking distance to Riverfront Park, Centennial Trail, Riverfront Square shopping mall, and many dining options. The website address will take you to the site which already includes a wedding discount. Or, call 509-744-2327 and ask to book with the Preferred Wedding Rate. Parking is $25 a night in the garage.

Here is a list of other hotels in the downtown area that have good reviews: Spokane Club, Oxford Suites, Holiday Inn Express (Downtown), The Centennial, Courtyard by Marriot. George and Krista will be staying at the Davenport Hotel on Sat night. Many of these hotels have garages for parking, but if you park on the streets, it would be advised not to leave anything in your car. There has been an increase in homeless populations, but it is very safe to walk around the downtown area of Spokane.
