Bus from the hotels to District Winery

June 18, 2022 4:15 pm - 11:15 pm

On the day of the wedding, we are providing buses from the hotels to the venue. Boarding will start around 4:05PM and buses will leave promptly at 4:15PM. The buses will be located on Maine Avenue (734 Maine Avenue SW) adjacent to the Colada Shop. At the end of the night, buses will return to the hotels and after party location.

Hyatt House Washington Dc / The Wharf

We have a room block at the Hyatt House and at the Canopy (which is adjacent/connected). These hotels are about 1 mile (a 9 minute car ride) to the wedding venue. We recommend the Hyatt House for its rooftop pool and complimentary breakfast. 1) Click 'view' to get to the Hyatt House website 2) Once on the website, click the "Book Now" button on the top right of the page 3) The group code should already be entered in the "Corporate or Group Code" field 4) Update the dates to your preferred nights 5) Select your room type (If for some reason you're not seeing the room type you want, please email me at melissafrohna@gmail.com or text me at 301-633-4316 so that I can contact the hotel to add more rooms to our block.)

Canopy by Hilton Washington DC The Wharf

We have more rooms reserved at the Canopy. This hotel is a bit more modern in style, but lacks the perks of Hyatt House (aka the complimentary breakfast and pool). It shares a fitness center with the Hyatt House. It also has it's own restaurant/bar called the Canopy Central Cafe & Bar where you can purchase breakfast, lunch, or dinner. If you plan on attending the Welcome Event on Friday, June 17, we highly recommend using Lyft or Uber to get to and from The Hamilton.
