Will there be an open bar?

Yes, enjoy a 5 hour open bar of a variety of liquor choices, wine, and beer.

Do I get a food choice?
Answer
You will not make a food selection on your RSVP card as we will be having a buffet. Guests will have a choice of hand carved beef, poultry, fish, and pasta as well as a starch and vegetable.

Is there an after party?
Answer
Yes, right below the Loft is Creekside Bar and Grille. Guests are invited to head down with the newly married couple to extend the evening with more drinks and live music! Transportation back to The Courtyard by Marriott will begin at 10 PM on a continuous 3 hour loop until about 1 AM.

What is the dress code?

Formal/Cocktail attire What does that mean? For men a suit and tie. For women a long or short dress or a jumpsuit.

Will you be providing transportation to and from the venue?
Answer
Yes! We have hired Pottstown Transit to handle transportation for wedding guests from The Courtyard by Marriott to The Loft at Landis Creek and back. The Bus will run from the hotel to the venue 3:30 and 4:00 PM. The bus holds 48 guests, so please consider riding early to ensure all guests make it to the ceremony on time. The ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. If you arrive to our venue on the earlier side, step inside Creekside Bar & Grille or hang on their patio. We encourage guests to hang out in the lobby of the hotel to ensure they do not miss the shuttle. We want everyone to arrive at the venue prior to our 4:30 PM ceremony. There will also be a 3 hour loop of buses from The Loft back to the Courtyard by Marriott beginning at 10 PM and running approximately until 1 AM. We want our guests to have fun and be safe on our wedding day!

Are there room blocks?
Answer
Yes, we have room blocks at two hotels that are just miles from the wedding venue. Both are located in Collegeville. First, The Courtyard by Marriott which is where the transportation will pick up and drop guests off. The room rates are $185 for a king and $205 for two queen beds. This hotel is known to book 5 months in advance, so please make your reservations early. Credit cards are not charged until check out and changes can be made up until 48 hours in advance. Please see the "travel section" for a direct link to book online or mention the Frees-McHugh wedding when calling. The second hotel is The Residence Inn by Marriott which is right next door to The Courtyard and a very short walk to catch the shuttle buses for the venue. Rooms at The Residence range from $169-$189. Please see the "travel" section for a direct link to book online or mention the Frees-McHugh wedding when calling. Both hotel room blocks end May 20, 2024.
