The bride and groom are so grateful for all of you who are traveling from afar to celebrate our special day with us. We are hosting a welcome event if you are in town Friday evening from 7-9 PM. The event will be held in the ballroom at the hotel. Stop by to say hello, grab some desserts, and hit up the bistro bar (cash bar)!

Transportation to Venue- Pottstown Transit
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm

We will be providing transportation to the and from the wedding venue from the Courtyard Marriott hotel. The school bus holds 48 guests. Please plan on taking the bus early to ensure everyone has transportation to the venue before the ceremony. If you arrive to the venue early, feel free to stop into Creekside Bar & Grille or hang out on their patio before the ceremony starts. If you come down to the lobby early to catch the bus and it is full, feel free to relax in the lobby and enjoy the hotel bar.
First Bus Loop- Pottstown Transit
3:30 pm

The first shuttle will leave promptly at 3:30 PM. The bus holds 48 guests. Please plan on taking the bus early to ensure everyone has transportation to the venue before the ceremony. If you arrive to the venue early, feel free to stop into Creekside Bar & Grille or hang out on their patio before the ceremony starts. If you come down to the lobby early to catch the bus and it is full, feel free to relax in the lobby and enjoy the hotel bar.
Second & Final Bus Loop- Pottstown Transit
4:00 pm
600 Campus Drive, Collegeville, PA 19426
This is the final bus in order to make the ceremony. This time is approximate based on when the shuttle will make it back from the first loop. Please arrive to the lobby early to ensure making the bus. If you miss this bus, please consider calling an Uber or Lyft to make it to the venue by 4:30 PM. If you arrive after the ceremony has begun, please wait to join the ceremony.
Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

We are hoping for good weather to hold our ceremony at the first hole of the golf course. Staff will direct you to the ceremony area upon arrival. If you require assistance to the ceremony site, one of our groomsmen would be happy to drive you on a golf cart. If the weather does not allow for an outdoor ceremony, it will be held inside The Loft. Be mindful, if the ceremony is held outside, the seats will be arranged in the grass.
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

There will be an open bar (beer, wine, & liquor), butler served hot hors d'oeuvres, and a cold hors d'oeuvre table.
Reception
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

The open bar will continue along with a served buffet dinner and dancing!
Bus loops begin- Pottstown Transit

There will be a 3 hour loop for the bus to return back to The Courtyard by Marriott. It is expected that the bus will be running trips every half hour from 10 PM-1 AM. These times are approximate and depend on traffic.
After Party

Join us downstairs, right below The Loft, for an after party! This one is on you, but enjoy more drinks and live entertainment. The bus will be running for 3 hours from 10 PM to 1 AM back to the Courtyard by Marriott.
