Glacier Park International Airport (FCA)
4170 US-2, Kalispell, MT 59901 The closest airport is Glacier International Airport (FCA). From there, it is about 15-20 minutes to the recommended hotels below and Downtown Whitefish. Please note this is a small airport so we recommend booking early as flights can book up or be costly.

Grouse Mountain Lodge
This is where all of our wedding day festivities will be taking place. We have a wedding block with a discount but you must call to book and get the discount. Please contact the Central Reservations office (open M-F 10am-7pm ET) at 406-892-2525 and use the group name Patty-Fleckinger Wedding. Rates should be $289-$319 depending on the room selected (before tax). We recommend you book by March 19th as they begin to release rooms at that time back to the general public, the last day to book at the discounted rate is April 19. Lodge Amenities: hot tub, bar and grill, shuttle, and on a public golf course for those interested in playing.

The Lodge at Whitefish Lake
This Whitefish Lake Lodge is located just a few minutes outside of downtown Whitefish on the beautiful Whitefish Lake. For those looking for an option outside of where the wedding is held this hotel is a great option. Unfortunately, they do not offer a room block or discount code. Sorry! Amenities: Lake views and amenities, hot tub, lakeside bar and grill in addition to an inside restaurant, and shuttle service.

Other Lodging
There are plenty of hotel and Airbnb options in the area. We recommend those in Whitefish because of the wedding location but please feel free to look in surrounding towns if you desire (Kalispell is about 20-30 minutes South of Whitefish, Columbia Falls is about 20-30 minutes East of Whitefish and closer to Glacier National Park, and there are others outside of that in or closer to Glacier National Park or on Flathead Lake (biggest lake West of the Mississippi).

Rental Cars
Summer is Whitefish's busy season and due to our small airport sometimes rental cars can run high in price or sell out. June may be ok as it's still early Summer but keeping that in mind please know of other options. Turo is a very popular car rental service in the area. I encourage you download the mobile app as it's easier to communicate but you can just visit their website "Turo.com". This rental service is renting cars from individuals not a business but is a great service and something we even participate in during the summer months renting out our cars. More details can be found in our FAQs and on Turo's website. Please know while we recommend a car to explore Montana's beauty you can use the hotel shuttle service to get to and from the airport, in addition to and from Downtown Whitefish. There is also Uber, though typically more expensive than you may see at home.
