The ceremony will be taking place on the lawn on the South side of the lodge. If you go out the front doors you can head left or go through the hallway of the first floor rooms out the South door. This will be an unplugged ceremony. Please respect our wishes and keep your phones away (especially if you choose to sit in the aisle). This will allow our photographer to get the perfect shots. Thank you!

The City of Whitefish has a noise ordinance so the reception needs to end at 10pm, but fret not because the party can continue. The hotel bar may be open for another hour for those just looking to grab a night cap on their way to bed. For others looking to check out a night downtown we will be heading downtown following the reception for a few more. Note: If you're ambitious you can walk, but the hotel has a shuttle that will take you downtown and you walk one block over to the bars. They will also pick you up until 2am. Uber exists but it can be pricey and you may need to wait a little for a driver.

Rafting (The Day After)

We’ll have multiple rafts and do a self-guided rafting tour down the river. This is BYOB. Please RSVP by May 1 so we can reserve the rafts. Pricing should be about $75 per person.
