FAQs

Question

Are Kids Allowed?

Answer

We love your children, but we are having a child free wedding celebration. If Montana is on their bucket list too please feel free to bring them and have someone (like your mom) to watch them during the wedding ceremony and reception.

Question

Is There a Dress Code?

Answer

We can't wait to celebrate with you and hope you'll join us in dressing up for the occasion! The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal, so feel free to put on your favorite dress or slacks and make sure they got room for you to break it down on the dance floor. Please keep in mind our wedding ceremony is outdoors in the grass and reception is both under a tent and outside. Montana nights could be cool so having a sweater or shawl may be a good idea to bring or have in the room if you get cold.

Question

When Should I RSVP By?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than April 1st. We welcome submitting your RSVP as soon as you know so we can begin planning for space and the fun things like drinks :)

Question

What If I Can't Make It?

Answer

Please know that whatever your circumstances, we appreciate your support and hope to celebrate with you in spirit. Whether or not you are able to join us, please RSVP using our website RSVP section as soon as possible so we can ensure we are prepared for space, food, and refreshments.

Question

Is There Parking On Site?

Answer

Yes, Grouse Mountain Lodge has parking for guests and visitors for the wedding. However, if you are coming from off property we recommend you opt for Uber so you can safely enjoy a few cocktails with us.

Question

What Time Should I Arrive to the Ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:00pm. However, we ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes early to find your seating before the ceremony starts.

Question

How Many Days Should I Book My Trip For?

Answer

This is completely up to you, but we recommend at least 4 days. There are so many cool things to check out in the area that you should consider doing while here. If you have the desire or time feel free to stay longer and really experience all there is or even travel to other areas. P.S. We know our wedding is a Friday so if you arrive before to take advantage of time here but need to work at all we are Mountain Time so for those Eastern folks when its 5PM there its only 3PM here!

Question

Other Questions?

Answer

We know most of you have not been to Montana so please feel free to reach out to us if you have questions or need recommendations prior to the wedding day.

For all the days along the way
