Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that you wear your favorite fall colors in a semi formal style. The venue is outdoors, so dress for the weather!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have accounted for a single plus one per guest, as well as any children you may have. If you need to bring an additional guest, please check with us first as we are limited to the number of guests that can join us. If you choose not to bring your plus one or children, please inform us for our final headcount.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We have saved a seat for your little ones on our special day. If you choose not to bring them, we just ask that you let us know! There will be some lawn games that the kids will be able to enjoy as well.

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

At this venue there is an abundance of dry pine that is easily flammable so we ask that if you need to smoke to please step out to your vehicle. The venue does not allow smoking inside the venue space. This also includes vaping. There will be a number of children here and we want to keep their lungs in tip top shape! Thank you for understanding.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as far in advance as possible, but no later than August 1st so that we can plan our food and order it in time.
