Ceremony Seating
4:00 pm
Cocktail Attire: We would love to see your favorite fall colors. Men are welcome to wear jeans. Please do not wear dark forest green as this is what the wedding party will be wearing.
We ask that you arrive no later than 4:30, any guests that cannot make it by this time will have to wait to enter until after the ceremony. It is very important to us that once the ceremony begins that all phones are silenced and put away until after the ceremony. We want to see your faces, not your devices when we look out at you guys!
Ceremony
4:45 pm
We are limited to the number of guests that can join us, so we ask that you do not bring any additional guests. We have accounted for a single plus one per guest. If you have children, we have accounted for them as well. We will just need to be informed to whether or not you choose to bring your plus one or children for our final headcount. Thank you for understanding.
Cocktail Hour
5:30 pm
While the bride and groom are off taking their wedding day photos, we ask that you enjoy a drink or two. If you have a special invitation for the photos, please join us. We hope that you will enjoy the drinks that we have chosen for our special night!
Reception
6:30 pm
We will start with some dinner and then dance the night away! The celebration of the now Mr. and Mrs. Wilbanks!! Just a reminder, the venue is outdoors, so please dress for the whether. We also ask that you respect the space. There will be children attending, and there is quite a bit of dry pine so there is no smoking allowed, as this can be a fire hazard. We ask kindly that if you need to smoke to please step out to your vehicle to avoid the risk of setting this beautiful venue on fire.
