Grants Pass
Grants Pass is a town about 25 minutes outside of Williams (Venue location). This small downtown is full of delicious food (We recommend Ma Mosa's for an amazing brunch), wineries (we enjoy Troon, Wooldridge Creek, and Rosella's), and breweries (the Haul has great vibes)! There are various places to hike and view the Rogue River as well.
Jacksonville
Jacksonville is a cute historic town settled between the venue and our home. There a plenty of shops to explore and places to eat. Stop by the Miners' Bazaar to have a drink while you get creative and maybe catch some music! We also love the red wines (the Cab Franc is Erin's favorite) at South Stage Cellars in Jacksonville! There are plenty of beautiful hiking trails including the Britt Ridge Trails, East Applegate Ridge Trail, and Jacksonville Forest Park Trails.
Talent
Erin and Kolby's town! We love this sweet little town of ours. While visiting, check out our favorite places! Art Bop: for some locally brewed drinks and amazing outdoor vibes (kids and dogs welcome!). Talent Club: Kandice's Bar!! Chill local bar vibes good for shooting pool and hanging out (no kiddos please!) Legends Cider Company: amazing ciders with cool outdoor space and 2-3 food truck options at all times! (kids and dogs welcome). Camelot: our sweet small local theater with fun shows playing all year round! Talent Maker City: maybe learn a new hobby while you're in town! TMC is an amazing non profit with countless activities to offer. And of course...touch base with us and come check out the home we've built! We love to show off!
Ashland
Ashland is a town just south of our home in Talent with a variety of things to do. Catch a show at the famous Oregon Shakespeare Festival, have dinner at the Cabaret Theater, eat a good meal (Brickroom, Ruby's, Creekside, Kobe...just to name a few!), go shopping on Main St, take a stroll in Lithia Park or go hiking on one of the many hikes in the area such as Grizzly Peak.
Medford
Medford is the town most of our guests will be flying into! About 30 miles from the venue and 10 minutes from our home in Talent. Delicious brunch spots include Over Easy and Tartine. You can also check out our favorite greasy spoon diner, Debby's Diner. A well known hiking trail in Medford is RoxyAnn, which is also the name of a local winery. We recommend Dancin Winery as well for a pretty environment and yummy wine. There are multiple breweries including Portals (with a yummy plant based food menu), Walkabout Brewing, and Common Block Brewing Company. You can also get passes for the Rogue X Community Center which has an indoor aquatic club with water slides.
Crater Lake National Park
Just about a 2 hour drive from the venue or an hour and a half from Kolby and Erin's home in Talent, is Crater Lake National Park. It is a must see when visiting Oregon. The view alone is worth the visit but there are multiple hikes throughout the park as well.
