FAQs

The Wedding Website of Erin Soulsby and Kolby Schooley
Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns! Text either one of us or email soulsbyerin@gmail.com. We'd also love to spend more time with any family/friends traveling who plan on spending a few extra days in Oregon!
Question

What are the options for staying overnight?

Answer

Education tents (large tents with 15 cots and electrical outlets) are available for rent..these can be reserved ahead of time or day of but give us a heads up as our families may fill them up first. Otherwise, everyone is welcome to car or tent camp overnight Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. There is a heated bathroom with a shower available for guests. The wedding party will be staying in the Pond House which has a full kitchen that guests are welcome to utilize. There are also multiple grills throughout the property for meals. If camping isn't your thing, check out some local hotels and bnbs if you'd like to stay nearby!

Question

What should I wear to the wedding?!

Answer

Whatever floats your boat! Unless that something is burgundy...we're saving that color for a guest of honor so we kindly ask you leave your burgundy at home. Otherwise, think Oregon fall boho realness (patterns, velvet, suede, etc are all very encouraged!) You know what looks and feels best on you better than we do, so go for it! We're hoping for cool mornings and evenings with a warm (but not too hot) day. It is early October in Southern Oregon though so really anything is possible! Tune into the weather before your travels and make sure you have shoes suitable for an outdoor venue!

Question

What kind of food will be provided?

Answer

Following the ceremony, there will be a Cocktail Hour with snacks and drinks. Shortly after, Peruvian Point will be serving up some delicious food in their food truck. Check them out online or on their socials to see their menu; VEG and GF options available. And of course...dessert!!

Question

Are children and pets welcome?

Answer

We love all babies and fur babies! If your invitation is addressed to your family, of course bring your kiddo along. If you are unsure, please reach out to us. Outdoor areas are pet friendly so feel free to bring them along if you're staying overnight. We kindly ask that your furry friends do not come in any indoor spaces.

Question

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

Smoking is only permitted on the gravel areas. Please keep in mind our beautiful environment and discard any trash. This is especially important as we are following fire season and would like to be as safe and mindful as possible.
