Rent a canoe or kayak and take a trip down River Raisin

There is a 0.6 mile Battlefield Loop Trail with historical markers that is paved and accessible. There is also a 1 mile wood chip Mason Run Loop Trail that takes you along the Battlefield grounds.

River Raisin National Battlefield Park

Park at St. Mary's Park public parking lot and then you can do the riverwalk where you can take in the sites of historical homes, the River Raisin, and Downtown Monroe.
