The Goat Farm
This hidden gem is an arts community that has a quaint donation-only coffee shop inside. It's a trick to get there, so talk to Danielle. It's definitely worth it. The site was used as the location for District 12 in the Hunger Games! (Pro Tip: there is a strict photograph policy).
10th & Piedmont
Open air restaurant with amazing tapas. Great place to people watch in Atlanta's favorite gayborhood.
Dancing Goats Coffee Bar
Danielle used to work from this space almost daily. Delicious coffee, but really you have to try the homemade pop tarts!
Ponce City Market
Atlanta's staple mixed use space: food hall, shopping, and recreation on the roof (it's a miniature carnival!). It's also adjacent to The Beltline which allows easy walking access from here to Piedmont Park / Apres Diem.
Apres Diem
One of Danielle's favorite spots - the outdoor seating is amazing. Treat yourself to a bottle of wine and stay a while!
Piedmont Park
Atlanta's downtown park complete with bench swings over the lake, local food trucks, amazing sushi at Tavern on the Park, the botanical garden, and more green space than you can see from one spot.
Atlantic Station
Outdoor shopping space includes H&M, Katies, Dillards, and a Regal Movie Theatre. Lots of restaurants and a coffee shop too. Ask Danielle about the complimentary shuttle from Midtown to Atlantic Station! While you're there, be sure and get ice cream at Kilwin's!
Cafe Intermezzo
Huge selection of specialty coffees and drinks. The cake display is to die for!
Monday Night Brewing
This brewery started as a church small group that began brewing in their garage. It's one of Atlanta's most iconic breweries. Outdoor seating, tours, and great tastings! The often have food trucks in the evening. (We have a ton of breweries in Atlanta, so if you want to do a brewery crawl, ask Danielle for a listing of them all!)
Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams
Try the lavender! It's amazing. Jenny's is located inside an open air shopping concept (we have a lot of those) called Westside Provision. This is walking distance from the Goat Farm - they make a great two-for-one stop.
