Flying into Steamboat provided by United and Southwest through an easy connection at Denver International Airport. There are limited Ubers that mostly stay in town. You will need to arrange a car to pick you up or work with your hotel shuttle options. We will provide car service recommendations.

Flying into Denver International Airport and drive ~3 hours to Steamboat Springs or connect to Yampa Valley Regional Airport in Steamboat Springs through United or Southwest. We will be providing road trip recommendations (places to stop, great hikes, must sees, etc).

We will be staying here and it is on mountain in the center of all the hosted events! Working on getting a room block but that would not be finalized until October. If you have status through Marriott Bonvoy or Vistana, we suggest you book asap starting 12 months in advance as there are limited rooms available.

Gravity Haus Steamboat

On mountain where all of the hosted events will be taking place! There is uneven terrain you will have to cross to get to the village on the mountain just be aware if you are on crutches or walk with a cane/walker. We have a courtesy room block. Please call directly to book and let them know you are a part of the Dudley O'Connell Wedding room block. Rooms cost is $299.00 per night with an additional 11.4% resort tax.

Residence Inn by Marriott Steamboat Springs

1 mile from the base of the mountain. Working on getting a room block. The town of Steamboat has a free shuttle that takes to the top of the mountain as well as into Downtown Steamboat that picks up right outside of the hotel. Great option for folks who are staying for a week as rooms include a good sized kitchen, barbecues by the pool, and breakfast.
