Beer/seltzers/wine and lunch/snacks will be provided. Sand volleyball, pickle ball, corn hole, and more games available to play! TRANSPORTATION INFO: Buses will be picking up at the Sheraton Steamboat Springs Resort and dropping off at Howelsen Hill Park from 12:45 pm - 4:15 pm. The buses will be looping so if you don't catch the first one don't worry it will be back. Please use the transportation provided instead of driving!

Let us know if you would like to participate in our fun golf tournament. Green fees are participant responsibility. Everyone is invited regardless of skill level! For those participating, tee times begin at 9:00 - 10:10 am. You will receive a text or email with your tee time. There are more than enough clubs to rent if you are not traveling with your own. Club rentals are $65 for 18 holes and $45 for 9 holes. We will have 4 prize opportunities! TRANSPORTATION INFO: The bus will be looping between 8:15 am - 9:15 am to bring folks from the Sheraton Steamboat Springs to Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course. The bus will be bringing players back from the golf course looping between 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm.

Hosted event in the Steamboat Springs Village! The Timber & Torch is located just outside the Sheraton. Steamboat Springs is Cowboy Country in Colorado. Paying homage, this is a themed event - Western Chic - with passed appetizers, a hosted bar, and a live band! Be aware alcohol + altitude hits hard. Drink plenty of water! You can park for free using the access code 8858. First, find a parking spot then go to the parking kiosk, enter your license plate number, find the name of the event in the product list (you may need to select option 5 to see additional products), then enter the access code.

Please arrive at Steamboat Gondola (gondola on the far right side of the mountain) around 4:45 pm. There will be champagne at the top to enjoy prior to the ceremony. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 pm.
